Thank you for choosing BlastOff CRM. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following refund terms:
All payments made to BlastOff CRM are final. Due to the digital nature of the platform and the fact that services are instantly delivered and accessible upon payment, we do not offer refunds for any reason once a payment has been processed.
We do not provide prorated refunds for partial use, mid-cycle cancellations, or unused time. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, after which your service will automatically expire.
Your subscription is billed on a monthly basis. If you cancel your subscription, service will remain active until the same date of the following month that your last payment was made. For example, if you paid on the 5th, access will end on the 5th of the next month.
It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel it before your next billing cycle if you no longer wish to use the service. We do not process refunds for customers who forget to cancel their accounts before a new billing cycle begins.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed through your bank or payment processor, your account will be immediately suspended. We encourage you to reach out to our support team to resolve any concerns before taking that route.
