A note from our founder Charlie about Blast Off CRM and what we do:

“When I was just 10 years old, my Grandma gave me my first camera. Little did she know what she was unleashing on the world with the power of creativity in my hands.

That simple gift sent me around the world and back again with camera in hand. Over the years I have shot for companies like Conde Nast, Live Nation, Vogue, many commercial gigs, celebrities, and more. I have toured across continents. I’ve been blessed to teach photography to students in over 70 countries and counting.

But behind all of the amazing moments, there was one constant struggle: Running the business side of photography.

I was always piecing things together - using five to twenty different tools to manage leads, follow up with clients, send invoices, book shoots, deliver images and products, and even more to promote my art. It felt like every job required a new system, a new subscription, or another late night figuring out how not to drop the ball.

  • Is there support? Our basic $20/mo plan is self setup and we link you to a knowledge base for support. If you need additional support, just email us and we are happy to send you pricing on our support options.
  • Can I use this on mobile? Yes. It’s optimized for both desktop and mobile use.
  • Will I get charged for setup? No setup fee. But done-for-you setup is available as an upgrade if you need a hand from our team. Feel free to email us if you would like information on our turnkey DFY setup option.
  • Is this month-to-month? Yes — no contract. Cancel anytime before your billing date.
  • Can I use my own domain? Yes. You’ll get instructions to connect it yourself.
  • Who is this best for? Startups, solo founders, creators, and freelancers who want to keep costs low and move fast.
  • Can I deliver images to my clients through Blast Off CRM? We have a spot to interface with your Google Drive in our Media section of the app so that you can easily share folders and images with your clients. We do not host your images due to the fact that image size and storage would be astronomical and increase the cost of this service.
